Here are the meal options for the 2026 NFB of NJ State Convention at Tropicana Atlantic City. Meal selections and purchases are made through the convention registration form.

All convention meals must be purchased in advance by Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Meals will not be available for purchase after this deadline or on-site at the convention.

Breakfast Buffet — Thursday, October 22 through Sunday, October 25, 2026 — $34 per person per day

A full hot breakfast buffet will be available Thursday through Saturday from 6:00 AM–7:30 AM and Sunday from 8:00 AM–9:30 AM. The price includes gratuity.

• Scrambled eggs
• Breakfast potatoes
• Sausage links
• Bacon
• Fresh fruit
• Yogurt
• Assorted breakfast pastries
• Regular coffee
• Decaffeinated coffee
• Hot water with assorted tea bags

Boxed Lunches — Thursday, October 22 through Saturday, October 24, 2026 — $34 per person per day

Boxed lunches will be available for pickup from 12:00 PM–12:30 PM. The price includes gratuity.

Choose one:

• Turkey and cheese sandwich
• Tuna sandwich
• Vegetable wrap — vegan and gluten-free

Each boxed lunch also includes bottled water, chips, dessert, and one whole piece of fruit.

Build Your Own Pasta Dinner — Thursday, October 22, 2026 — 5:00 PM–6:30 PM — $40 per person

The Thursday evening dinner includes a Classic Caesar salad with Parmesan cheese and croutons, pasta with a choice of marinara sauce or garlic and oil, and the following toppings:

• Meatballs
• Chicken
• Broccoli
• Tomatoes

Dessert includes assorted cookies, brownies, blondies, and vanilla ice cream with assorted toppings. Iced tea is also included. The price includes gratuity.

Gluten-free options will be available upon request. Please select the appropriate dietary option during registration so the hotel can prepare the correct meal.

Federation Family Dinner — Friday, October 23, 2026 — 5:00 PM–6:30 PM — $65 per person

The Federation Family Dinner includes salad, cheesecake, iced tea, regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and hot tea. The price includes gratuity.

Choose one entrée:

• Chicken Piccata with baby spinach, capers, and Meyer lemon butter
• Pasta Primavera with baby vegetables, garlic, and oil — vegan and vegetarian

Banquet Dinner — Saturday, October 24, 2026 — $65 per person

The Saturday evening banquet includes salad, carrot cake, iced tea, regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and hot tea. The price includes gratuity.

Choose one entrée:

• Parmesan-Crusted French Breast of Chicken with roasted red pepper cream
• Penne Pasta Florentine with fresh spinach, fresh mozzarella, and tomato basil sauce — vegan and vegetarian

Banquet doors open at 7:15 PM.

Dietary and Gluten-Free Options

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available where indicated. Gluten-free meals must be requested in advance during convention registration so the appropriate meal can be prepared and reserved for the attendee who requested it.

Important Meal Information

Attendees who have already registered may return to the convention registration form and select the “Already Registered/Additional Packages” option to add meals before the October 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM deadline.
