Library Equal Access Program (LEAP)

We are announcing the NEW sessions for the Library Equal Access Program (LEAP) computer and iPad training at eleven public libraries. We have added a NEW library in Monmouth County at Manalapan.

We have a NEW outreach librarian, Stephen Felle, who will be working on the LEAP Project as well as with local libraries.

We have a NEW and exciting way to listen to NEWSLINE. It is now available with the Amazon Echo and Dot using voice commands. It solves the problem of not having your phone available when listening.

Stephen Felle, TBBC’s Outreach Librarian, joined the Reader Services team back in August 2018 and may have already spoken to you! Stephen was born and raised in Freehold, New Jersey. He attended The College of New Jersey for his Bachelor’s Degree, before moving onto Rutgers University where he earned his Master’s. Before working at the library he worked numerous jobs in retail. Besides reading, Stephen also likes to spend his free time playing video games, listening to music, and hiking outside in sunny weather.
