NFBNJ Sports & Recreation Division Membership Form

The National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey Sports & Recreation Division is a great networking tool for blind and vision impaired individuals throughout New Jersey who are involved in sports and recreation. Dues are $5 per calendar year. We meet via Zoom on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm and in person at the annual National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey state convention.

If you already have paid by check or money order, please simply complete this form for our records. No additional payment is needed for the current calendar year. If you pay dues between October and December of the current calendar year, it will be counted towards the following calendar year.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if you mistakenly join the wrong chapter or division.
