On Wednesday, November 16, at 8:00 pm eastern, Joe Ruffalo, host of Thru Our Eyes interviewed Dr. Jessica Bachicha or Dr. Jessica Ewell. Note; Jessica was recently married to Jason Ewell of the NFB's affiliate action team.
The interview had highlighted Jessica's new Christmas CD and what makes it different from other Christmas CD's, upcoming concerts featuring Jessica's musical training, what were the most important lessons learned, and her involvement in the Federation.
The interview also spotlighted Jessica's education and vocational path to her success.

Thru Our Eyes had interviewed Melissa Kobelinski, coordinator of Meet the Blind Month activities. Melissa provided valuable information, highlighted and featured events scheduled throughout the country to change what it means to be blind.
In addition, the 35th state convention of the National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey, and celebrating 20 years of Parents of Blind Children in New Jersey spotlighted the "Make a Difference" convention.
On Wednesday, September 21, at 8:00 PM eastern, Joe Ruffalo, host of Thru Our Eyes had interviewed Jason Ewell, member of the staff of the affiliate action team.
Discussion featured the recent Leadership/Building Membership Seminar with members of the New Jersey affiliate, the purposes, goals and objectives of the organization to continue to grow the membership, the tools available to assist all to encourage involvement to change what it means to be blind.
On Wednesday, August 17, at 8:00 PM eastern, Joe Ruffalo, host of Thru Our Eyes interviewed his son, Joe.
Discussion on growing up with a blind parent, the lessons taught and learned, the opportunities to meet others with different abilities were highlighted.
The interview had discussed their involvement in sports, scouts, school activities and much more.

On Wednesday, July 20, at 8:00 pm eastern, Joe Ruffalo, host of Thru Our Eyes interviewed Ruth Sager, coordinator of senior services at Blind Industries and Services of Maryland.
Joe and Ruth had discussed the who, what, when and how the staff of BISM provides employment and training opportunities for blind and visually impaired people of all ages.
Becky Keller, cane travel instructor and Amy Phelps, youth services manager called in with important thoughts and comments.
The Wednesday, June 22, 2011 8:00 PM eastern, had Thru Our Eyes host, Joe Ruffalo interview Parnell Diggs, chair of the Imagination Fund, Race for Independence.
The interview highlighted current and past grants awarded to state affiliates and chapters. In addition, featured were the Imaginators who had share the methods to make the ask to make a difference in changing what it means to be blind.
Special highlight of the interview was the announcement of the 30 winners who were given the opportunity to be driven by a blind driver while attending the national convention in Orlando.

Wednesday, April 20, 8:00 to 9:00 pm. EDT, Joe Ruffalo had interviewed Parnell Diggs, Committee Chair of the Imagination Fund-Race for Independence, sponsored by the National Federation of the Blind.

The history of the Imagination Fund and the Race for Independence.
The Discussion featured the procedure to register, techniques and methods to make the ask and the importance to make a difference.
Featured will be the opportunity to raise funds which will enable you to have the possibility to ride in the car with a blind driver while attending the national convention in Orlando. .
In addition, the Rolex 24 and the blind driver challenge were highlighted. Joining the interview, Mark Riccobono, the Blind driver highlighted his experience and Anil Lewis discussed the importance of Rolex 24. Several Imagination Fund grants awarded this past year were featured.

The February Thru Our Eyes Internet Radio Show with host Joe Ruffalo, president of the New Jersey affiliate of the NFB and board member of the NFB, had Joe interview Carl Jacobson, president of the New York affiliate and a national board member
and Jesse Hartle, Government program Specialist at the national center for the blind.
This informative interview highlighted Carl's involvement in the organization, his beliefs and philosophy to change what it means to be blind.
Jesse featured issues presented at the recent Washington Seminar. He had discussed the importance for all to get involved to promote and pass legislation.
