The purpose of this organization shall be:
For all Blind Members to have the opportunity for tools of technology; To support the National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey in its various activities. To operate as a mechanism through which blind technology professionals and technology users can come together to plan and carry out programs of collective action relative to the use of technologies by the blind; to achieve the integration of the blind into society on a basis of equality with the sighted; and to take any other action which will improve the overall condition and standard of living of the blind.

The members of the technology division share their knowledge with others to expand opportunities to use the devices offered to them to raise their expectations to gain information through technology.
